1 Tbsp. capers -
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice -
1 Tbsp. dill pickle -
1 Tbsp. green onion OR -
1 Tbsp. white onion -
1/4 tsp. black pepper

In a bowl or jar that holds 1 cup mix all the ingredients together. -
Cover and keep refrigerated until used. -
If using homemade mayonnaise use within 2 days.
Keep it Healthy: You can mix one-half low-fat Greek yogurt and one-half tartar sauce to reduce the saturated fat and calories.
