Sweet & Spicy Mustard Dip with Veggie Dippers

1/2 cup sour cream -
1 tablespoon honey -
1 tablespoon cider vinegar -
2 teaspoons mustard -
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes -
1 pint grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes -
2 cups baby carrots

In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese and sour cream. -
Stir in the honey, vinegar, mustard, and red pepper flakes until smooth. -
Serve with the tomatoes and carrots.
